Fly girl, fly.

This here marks the beginning of the fourth week of of the P90X Lean program.  This is a “rest” week where you still do exercises, but it’s the easy ones.  Yoga, stretching, simple cardio.

I’ve lost 1 inch off my waist and 2 inches off my thighs, which is were most of my weigh is carried. People have been noticing and commenting on how toned I’m looking.  And I’ve noticed that I’ve had more energy and strength capabilities.

I recommend it for anyone wanting to get in shape. The exercises are slightly vigorous for some I’m sure. If that’s the case than make it your goal to get in shape so you can get in shape! :)
