Here’s a new recipe I made that my hubby loved. It took me less than 20 minutes and was so filling and healthy!
Put wheat noodles on to boil and put a can of Hunt’s spaghetti sauce (of the like) in a smaller pan to begin heating up. While those are cooking, mix the following ingredients together in a small mixing bowl:
1 cup of Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup of precooked chopped prime rib (ground beef will do, I just didn’t have any.)
a sprinkle of basil or italian seasoning
After those are mixed throughly, heat up a frying pan with a teaspoon or so of olive oil (and keep it handy in case you need more.)
Here’s the fun part, separate the cheese mix into balls (one at a time) and place them in the hot frying pan (one at a time.) Let sit for 2-3 minutes or until brown then flip. I just threw it all together on a plate and heard comments from the peanut gallery like this, “They’re like inside out ravioli’s! So good!”
Enjoy and comment with any questions. It’s very simple and quick, filling and delicious. All the things we want recipes to be!
