This pizza is on of our favorite stolen recipes! We stole it from his mom, who stole it from somewhere or another. We’ve also always enjoyed the Greek Pizza from California Pizza Kitchen, and so you could say it’s our version.
We never have leftovers because it’s so to die for.
Here’s the recipe for one pizza. Doubling is easy and typically necessary!
1 Whole wheat, thin pizza crust, brushed or misted in olive oil
1/4 c Alfredo sauce
1/4 c each:
Chopped kalamata olives
Chopped cucumbers (optional)
Top with desired amount of cheese.
Bake according to crust instructions, or until crispy. Cut into slices and try your best to share! ;)
